Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original delivery date for an exchange or store credit.

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery to qualify for replacement or store credit.

Requests made after these time frames will not be accepted.

 

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • All original tags attached

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return

  • Beauty products

  • Customized items

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear

  • Intimate clothing (including lingerie and undergarments)

  • Final Sale items

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as exchanges or store credit only.

  • Store credit is valid for future purchases and does not expire.

  • Store credit is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.
